Each and every physical product will be subjected to mechanical stress (shock and vibration) during its operating lifetime. These mechanical influences will be present during transportation for example, but may also appear during its usage. Pass/fail criteria are therefore not limited to mechanical deformation or damage, but may also contain limitations to functional degradation of your product (e.g. electronics inside vehicles).

Besides test execution according to normalized or customer specific qualification requirements, tests can be performed to determine your products’reliability by applying severe test levels. 

In addition, we are capable of tracking resonant patterns inside your product during vibration. This allows us to detect any shift in resonant frequencies, which might indicate failures.
