General Conditions

• Quotations, which do not include VAT,  are valid for 2 months after the mentioned date.

• The laboratoria De Nayer vzw  - Location St-Katelijne-Waver will only make a final reservation, within an mutually agreed test time frame, after a written confirmation of the customer, with at least the following information: dedicated purchase order number, VAT number, and address for invoice.

• By booking a reservation according to a specific quotation or by delivering samples for testing without further notice, the customer confirms his agreement to the quotation.

• In order to prepare and perform the required tests adequately, the customer should fill in the attached form with the product information as requested.

• The installation of the Equipment Under Test as well as the installation of the monitoring and/or associated equipment (AE) shall be done by the customer.  The customer is responsible for direct and indirect damages to the premises and installations of Laboratoria De Nayer vzw.

• The required cabling, including the cabling between the EUT and the monitoring or associated equipment (AE), shall be delivered and installed by the customer.

• If applicable, monitoring of the EUT during the EMC immunity tests will be done by the customer. The customer is also responsible for the correctness of the notification of equipment performance evaluation.

• Possible modifications of the equipment under test during the test shall be documented by the customer. In order to facilitate the processing of the test report, a document with a proper template, prepared by the laboratory, will be given to the customer at the start of the test-sequence.

• This quotation for the test report is only valid for a test report in the English language and delivered to the customer in electronic paper format.

• The agreed date(s) for the execution of the tests could be changed by the laboratoria De Nayer vzw location St-Katelijne-Waver due to unexpected reasons, such as a breakdown of test equipment which is needed for a particular test. In that case, a new date will be fixed between the laboratory and the customer.

• The customer shall be informed of any deviation from the contract.

• Unless otherwise stated, all invoices are payable 30 days after the date of issue on the account number IBAN BE38 4140 1644 5172, BIC KREDBEBB of Laboratoria De Nayer vzw, J. De Nayerlaan 9, B2860 St.-Katelijne-Waver, according to the conditions of the invoice.

• The customer is solely responsible for the transport of the products to and from location St-Katelijne-Waver.

• When the product is in on premises of the lab, for testing purposes, the customer remains responsible for any and all direct and indirect damages to and resulting from the product.

• After finalization of the tests, Laboratoria De Nayer vzw will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damages to and resulting from the tested product and will be held harmless and indemnified by the customer for any action or claim by any third party relating to or caused by the product.

• The present general conditions shall apply to the exclusion of the customer’s conditions.

* The obligations of the parties are subject to Belgian law. All disputes which the parties are unable to
settle by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the courts of Mechelen.
